Facades almost never fail without warning. They fail after months of small, quiet signals that were easy to miss, or easy to ignore. Here is what to look for before the repair bill arrives.

From construction-phase contamination to the long-term care of high-performance coatings, failing to protect glazed assets properly can lead to irreversible surface damage and costly unit replacements. A structured aftercare programme, covering interim cleans, post-installation surveys, and clear handover documentation, is the most effective way to preserve both the performance and appearance of a facade for years to come.
